Tell us about your Dream Valentine’s Day & Win!

Suprise my wife, by taking her out lunch and then driving up the coast to Santa Barbara to our favorite Bed & Breakfast, The Cheshire Cat. I have already packed our bags the night before so it is a suprise.

My dream Valentines Day would be first getting someone to babysit our kids. I’d love to have a nice night out with my husband, something we haven’t done so long. I’d be thrilled with a nice romantic dinner at a nice italian resturant that I like and then just to have some quiet time alone at home with each other.

My husband and I will celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary two days before Valentine’s day, having found each other again after a 26-year gap from when we first became boyfriend and girlfriend when I was 13 and he was 14. A perfect Valentine’s Day for me would be to keep all that love and romance going clear through that day and on to my husband’s 64th birthday on February 17th!

My dream Valentine’s Day actually happened… in 1997.
In 1996, I had two miscarriages. We were in the process of adopting our two beautiful toddler boys (who are both 16!) and were were visiting friends in Denver.

I felt sick and told my DH that I thought I was pregnant. Margie actually had a pregnancy test (her daughter had bought two and found out she was pregnant two weeks before!) and I used it. Yep, I was pregnant!

A few hours later, we got a call to prepare to go over to Russia in a week, we were told that by some miracle (and I believe God intervention) the Russian government was allowing us to adopt our two boys at the same time!

Jennifer was born on Nov 3, 1997 and we went from being childless to three kids in a span of about 6 months!

They are now all teens and guess what? They are AMAZING kids! Yep, a Mom with three teens who think they are great! I’m very blessed!!!!

My dream would be to finally be with the person I truly love

My dream valentines day would start with waking up with breakfast in bed in a room with fresh lowers and a gentle sea breeze. I would look at my husband as he brings this meal to me on a tray and he would set it down and gently butter my toast and prepare my coffee. After eating, we would both get into a large tub with lots of bubbles and soft music playing. After that great bath we would retire back to the bed for a little while and then get up and go for a walk in the garden outside my bedroom where I would find a blanket and picnic basket already set up for us to enjoy. After eating we would lay on the blanket as he reads love poems to me that he personally wrote.

As I have about a zero chance o any of this really happening I would take the berries instead!

My dream Valentine’s Day would be for my hubby to surprise me with some romantic gesture and for the two of us to spend an evening together with no interruptions.

My dream valentines day would be to first have a babysitter for our 5 children, then we get to stay the night at a five start hotel and drink champagne and go into a jacuzzi and eat chocolate covered strawberry’s and just spend a quiet relaxing night together for once as husband and wife.

I envision my kids away…far away at Grandma’s….and my husband and I have a quiet, deserted house to ourselves. I envision throwing my Weight Watchers Points program to the wind, and feasting on dark chocolates. No kids, my husband, and candy.

My husband will be in a nursing by then. A nice quiet time with him and a lovely dinner.

I’d love to have my boyfriend surprise me…tell me to pack my bags and sweep me off to Aspen or Vail. We could cuddle by the fire and watch the snow fall. Sigh!

Fly off to the coast and enjoy a few days together in a cozy little beach house. The dog isn’t coming along this time!

My dream valentine’s day is a weekend getaway with my husband in a little cabin in the woods. We recently moved from CT to TX and I so miss the trees!

My dream Valentine Day would be to spend the whole day in my jammies.

Going out to dinner with my husband and children to my favorite restaurant would be a nice Valentines Day for me.

My favorite Valentine’s Day gift would be to receive one long stemmed rose.

I would like to be wisped out of town to a luxurious spa and hotel. In a romantic suite, catered to from head to toe. My nails, hair, and feet done with a full body massage. I would feel like $1 million!

My dream Valentine’s Day would be to go out with my hubby to our favorite restaurant, have a great bottle of wine, come home to our baby sound asleep so we can have the rest of the night to ourselves 😉

Babysitter- nice dinner with a locally brewed beer- chocolate dessert- movie with popcorn- getting a room;)

I would love my hubby to surprise me with an unexpected night out somewhere fun.

My dream day would be a day spent with my family doing the things we love, together! Including going out to eat for all the meals, so I don’t have to cook or clean!

Waking up oceanside. Breakfast in bed w/a dozen yellow roses. Swimming/bodysurfing. Romantic seafood dinner for 2, followed by chocolate fondue for dessert.

I would love to have the evening to spend with my husband alone. Cook a romantic meal at home, have chocolate covered strawberries for dessert and some wine.

A day away form all the problems of life, lack of work, bills, health issues, etc. and to be able to stroll around Siena in Italy with my hubby, but have my kids there, too.

My dream Valentine’s Day…the kids would be away at Grandma’s or a friend’s, and my husband comes home, take me out to eat, and hands me an envelope. In the envelope are two tickets to Disney World, and we leave the next morning!

My dream valentine is a trip that would be a complete surprise to me. A place that they know means alot to me, filled with little moments of surprise. That would be my dream Valentine date. Hopefully some place with an amazing sunset…

My dream Valentine’s Day would involve 24 hours adventure with my husband. We would wake up, pick a mid-size town within 3 hours drive of our home that we’d never explored. We’d hop in the car, drive there, stopping for meals, shopping , and seeing the sights. We’d spend Valentine’s night in the new town and drive home in the morning.

My husband takes a test for job, a dream job for him, on this years V-day. My dream would be for him to get that job. It would help us out so much, and it would just make his year.
